Target "ZERO" Weigh Gain: All too often when confined to home, people have a tendency to eat more and be less active. With social distancing and many closures of businesses, the goal for this program is to not gain weight. The program is simple. Follow the guidelines below and strive to achieve zero weight gain during this pandemic.
* You do NOT have to Pre-register. * Begin during the month of April or the beginning of May. * To start: weigh-in, individuals may record and keep his/her weight private. Research demonstrates the best way to NOT gain weight over time is to weigh frequently. Many Researchers recommend to weigh daily. * Make healthy choices to avoid weight gain. * Weigh and record your weight the end of June. * There are other fitness, nutrition, and health initiatives that employees and spouses can follow to help him/her not gain weight during this time. The papers for these programs are outside Brian's office or online at www.ipsc.com under the Staywell Programs. * If you did not gain weight return the form and receive a gift card.
